POWERAMERICA Annual Report
PowerAmerica is funded by the United States Department of Energy and charged with promoting the use of SiC and GaN materials as the basis for our next generation power electronics. They support U.S. manufacturing by developing an education pipeline, funding research with real-world applications, and enabling companies to incorporate SiC and GaN technologies into their products to deliver smaller size, lower cost, and much improved performance. This report provides an overview of the organization’s work, while spotlighting the achievements of 30 different members.
